Roast frying


Juice of,the meat fry fastly outside to crisp,inside to mellow and friable.

Cut the meat onto thin slices (except the beefsteak,it need to cut onto finger thick (2 cm) slices.

Before the frying flavor and salt the slices.

No beat or cut at the edge of the slices,valuable nutriments may flow out.Don't prod with fork.


Romertopf (Roman bowl)


Before use allways need the soak the bowl in cool water.

Put in cool oven the bowl,else may break.

Don't wash up the dish with detergents,because the chemical was smoked by the bowl.

After the washing,dry it proper,don't be moldy.

Don't put the bowl to abrupt change of temperature,because it may break.
