Pre-boiling


Pre-boil the vegetables and the fruits,drop the materials in hot water to 2-3 minutes.

Easy pick down with this method hull of the tomato,apricot,peach.

The vegetables protect original colors of,with it. If steam in butter the vegetables,after pre-boiling will sooner mellow.

Before chilling the pre-boiling useful,because it destroys the germs.


Pudding


Don't be skinny the surface,if throw on a little powdered sugar.

Allways flush out the pudding form with water.


Rise


Wash it in hot water,because at cool water lose valuable nutriments.

Pour to the rise at boiling 2.5x amount water.

No need to mix the boiling rise,because the buds breake,and the rise will stick.
