Spice paprika


Don't put the spice paprika in hot oil,because burn,and lost color of.


Steaming


Fry every sides of the meats and vegetables in hot oil,that the sides toast a little.In this case the fibres contract,and valuable nutriments don't fry(or boil) out.Then keep it on "slowly fire" under cover with a little amount water or fume.
