Meat


Don't soak the meat,wash only under flowing water.

The old meat will mellow sooner if throw on a little cooking soda or pour on sparkling water.

If cut the edge of the slices,the meat don't shrink during the frying.

Parsley

Potato

The old potatoes have to boil in more water as fresh,because there are less water of condition.

If the food is too salt,boil into the juice a few potatoes,and there are smoke own the salt.

If the bigger potatoes prod a needle,these boil to mellow same time,as the less pieces.

At boiling:heat at first the water,salt it,and when is boiling add the potatoes.(In this case save valuable nutriments)

If filter the juice of the boiling potatoes,this juice may use as starch.
