Butterfat


Don't beat to much time,because it will butter,not foam.

Nutmeat will fresh again,if soak to a short time in milk.

If put the sugar into the beaten foam,it will heavier and shinier.


Caoliflower


Put a little milk to the boiling juice and the vegetable will be fine white.

Wash down the first boiling juice and boil on in fresh water,in this case the caoliflower won't bloat.


Cheese


The heavy,dry cheese will again mellow,if soak in fresh milk,then dry.

If need rasp mellow cheese,put it in freezer,then do it.
