Almond,nut


At pick down the hull of,dip the fruits to a few minutes into hot water.

Nutmeat will fresh again,if soak to a short time in milk.


Apple pure


It doesn't catch in the pan if begin to boil in cool water and doesn't mix.

Add the sugar to to ready pure.


Bean


Soak the beans with a half day before the cooking in own soaking juice.In this case the buds'll mellow faster,and the juice 'll be finer.

Add to the beans a pinch cooking soda,it will be mellow sooner.
